An account on Microminimus Shop is not provisioned until you place your first order.
Once you have an account you can view your Account Dashboard to view your Order History, helpful information and support.

Your order is not finalized for dispatch until it is fully paid.

Shopping Carts and unpaid orders may be cleared to allow others to purchase items that are low in stock.
Fast checkout and prompt payment is recommended to ensure you secure your order and don’t miss out on the items you desire.


We operate with very tight dispatch time-frames so changes to your order may not be possible after it has been received.


Email Communication

We will send an Order Confirmation email to the address listed in your order.
If anything is wrong, email support@microminimus.com as quickly as possible.

If we find an issue with your order (such as ambiguous shipping information) we will send an email to the address listed in your order.

Once your order is dispatched, an email containing delivery tracking information is sent to the address listed in your order.


Payment Methods

  1. Credit Card

    Online orders are processed in real time by Stripe.
    We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

  2. PayPal

    Online payments can also be made using PayPal.
    Buy now pay later provided by PayPal

  3. Apple Pay

    Express checkout option and all your Apple Pay options available

  4. Microminimus Tips

    You can redeem your Tip Balance for purchases in the Microminimus Shop.
    Simply select “Pay with my Tip Balance” at checkout.

Ensure your order email address matches your Microminimus Community account email address so we can process the deduction for you.

NOTE: Tip Deductions are performed manually within 24 hours of your order.
IF your Tip Balance does not cover your order total, we will email you an invoice to pay the balance via Credit Card or PayPal.
This Invoice is also available in your Account Dashboard.

Balances that remain unpaid for 5 days will render your order automatically canceled.

 

30 Day Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily provide a store credit up within 30 days of receiving your order.

To return items to us, they must be:
  • new condition and unworn
  • Tags attached
Customers are responsible for shipping costs to return the items, unless it is a faulty item or we have made an error with your order.
The following steps will speed up the return process and at the end we will provide you the address to send items to.

Steps to register a return for store credit

  1. Log into your MM Shop Dashboard and complete the Returns & Exchanges form
  2. We will provide you the return address, and you should complete the postage payment at your nearest post office.
  3. We suggest you use a trackable option for peace of mind.
  4. Advise us you have shipped your item and provide tracking details at support@microminimus.com

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your returned item(s) once they have arrived at our warehouse.


Refund & Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased appear to have a fault or you have received the wrong item we will gladly refund you or ship out a replacement item.
Please complete the Faulty Item Claim form in your MM Shop Dashboard.

Privacy and Security

Microminimus will never divulge your contact details to a 3rd Party without your permission or a valid court order.

When you shop online at Microminimus we never see your Credit Card details. When credit card payments are selected your information is processed by Highly Secure Servers using the latest Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS).
