100 Day Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, please return your item(s) in new condition with tags attached, and we will be happy to exchange or provide a store credit up to 100 days after your order has been dispatched to you.

Steps to register a return for Exchange or store credit

  1. Log into your MM Shop Dashboard and complete the Returns & Exchanges form
  2. A Shipping Label will be provided to you. Please print it out and attach it to your return parcel
  3. Take your parcel to the post office and ship it back to our warehouse. We suggest using a trackable shipping method to trace your return.
  4. Please advise us you have shipped your item and provide tracking details at support@microminimus.com

Please allow up to 7 business days for us to process your returned item(s) once they have arrived at our warehouse.


Refund & Replacement Policy

In the unlikely event that any of your items purchased appear to have a fault or you have received the wrong item we will gladly refund you or ship out a replacement item.
Please complete the Faulty Item Claim form in your MM Shop Dashboard.
