100 Day Returns & Exchanges Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with any part of your purchase, return the items in new condition with tags attached. We will be happy to exchange or issue a refund for up to 100 Days after your item has been dispatched to you.
How To Make A Standard Exchange or Refund
- Send your items to be exchanged or refunded back to us.
Include your packing slip or invoice and choice of exchange or refund in the package so we know what to do when we receive your returned parcel.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your exchange to be shipped or your refund issued from when we receive your package.
Items that cannot be refunded:
- Used or worn items
- Customisations (unless faulty)
- Giveaways or any other promotional items
